Accommodating up to 20 guests, this ADA-accessible space features a large conference table, 70” TV with HDMI, Bluetooth speakerphone, and a whiteboard with markers. Enjoy the convenience of a mini-fridge, counter space for refreshments, and free parking—all with flexible rental options to fit your schedule.

Outdoor Event Space

Creekside Patio

The Creekside Patio offers a charming outdoor setting along Clear Creek, perfect for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. With seating for up to 36 guests—or space for 100 standing—this versatile venue features umbrella and high boy tables, a full kitchen, indoor restrooms, a PA system, and outdoor heaters for cooler evenings. Bring your own catering, entertainment, and personal touches to create a one-of-a-kind event under the Colorado sky.

This outdoor event space offers:

  • Accommodates up to 36 seated guests, or up to 100 for standing and roaming more

  • Umbrella patio tables 

  • Use of indoor restrooms

  • Full kitchen use – including stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishware, etc.

  • Use of PA sound system

  • For cooler temps, use of outdoor propane heaters

  • Opportunity to bring in caterer and entertainment of your choice

  • Do-it-yourself decorations

  • Ability to bring your own alcohol, no liquor sales allowed

  • Use of outdoor hand-crafted bar and counter area

  • Day and evening rentals available, seven days a week

  • Free Parking
